We will listen to music, take a pilates class, Resotre Hyper Wellness will be on board with their red light panels and their compression boots (which feel like e dream), there will be giveaways from GUCCI and dancing all while sailing on a luxury yacht checking out the NYC skyline. There will be a cash bar for anyone who’d like to indulge. No need to bring a mat. I GOT YOU!

This co-ed event is not about being the strongest on the yacht or knowing every Pilates move. It’s about showing up for yourself. It’s about feeling energized and meeting new people. Come try something new and give yourself permeission to slow down, breathe and enjoy the experience. Whether you come with friends or arrive solo you’ll be welcomed from the moment you step aboard.
