At NYC Mat Pilates, we believe strength begins with control.

In a world driven by fast workouts and high intensity trends, we take the pilates (contrology) approach. We focus on deliberate, structured mat training designed to rebuild alignment, core integration, and movement efficiency.

The business was created for individuals who want classical pilates, contemporary moves mixed with a little sculpt for fun. They want refinement.

OUR EXPERIENCE & TRAINING

Trained in classical and contemporary mat Pilates methods, with continued education in sculpt.

With over 600 hours of practical teaching experience allow us to identify subtle imbalances and guide a class with clarity accuracy and a strong focus on breath.
